Interested in delicious, healthy plant-based food?

A plant-focused diet is wonderful for your health and the health of planet. At the current trends of food consumption and environmental changes, food security and food sustainability are on a collision course, putting the health of hundreds of millions of people at risk. Eating a plant-predominant diet has consistently offered the greatest environmental protection with huge health benefits. I help my clients by supporting access to affordable, nutrient-dense foods which close nutrient gaps that exist in many diets. This will go a long way in improving overall health and well-being. More plant foods added to any given diet will boost nutrition. Discover the incredible power of plants.

A variety of fruits and vegetables, nuts, wholegrain and healthy fats will help support a healthy immune system

Introducing more plants into your diet will benefit your health

As a registered nutrition health coach, I understand ‘the perfect diet’ does not exist but more plant foods added to any given diet will boost nutrition. Whole foods and certain lifestyle factors have characteristics that promote health and longevity, but while lifestyle interventions are not a panacea for all the health challenges – they must be part of the solution for specific, chronic health concerns. Good nutrition coaches don’t tell clients exactly what to eat or what to do. Instead, they guide and support them to develop positive healthy habits. This is what drives lasting change.
With a serviced centred approach to nutrition, I hope to spark your interest and inspire you to view your health and body more holistically. Get in touch if you want to understand the many benefits of putting more plants on your plate.

Great For The Planet Too

I completed the UK’s first Plant~Based & Lifestyle Medicine course and continue to study nutrition science. The evidence is becoming widely accepted that the impact of climate change is negatively affecting poorer countries. To address this problem, eating a plant-predominant diet has consistently offered the greatest environmental protection and contributes to solving global food problems.  Sustainably feeding the world is one of today’s most pressing challenges, and meat plays a pivotal role.  Meat is, after all, an important source of nutrition for many people around the world. However, western countries could focus on more plant-centric diets. The over-consumption of saturated fat and animal products is affecting the lives of millions of people around the world, be it climate change or non-communicable chronic illnesses.
